Tufted Titmouse

A regular guest at my bird feeder. This one stopped for a drink as well.

@Earnest: You have desribed their personality well. If I happen to let the bird feeder get empty I can hear them outside chirping as if to say Hey ! the feeder is empty and I'm HUNGRY! They are a joy to watch.
